Pinheiros women's handball defeats Blumenau 29-24 in national league match

The Pinheiros women's handball team beat Blumenau 29‑24 in the South/Southeast phase of Brazil's Liga Nacional de Handebol Feminino, maintaining a perfect record in Santa Catarina. The victory came on Friday, June 22, after a balanced first half that ended 15‑14 in Pinheiros' favour. Coach Mauricio Antonucci rotated the squad in the second half, extending the lead to four goals before the final whistle.
