Pinky Roshan purchases luxury Mumbai apartments for Rs 67.30 crore

Pramila Roshan, known as Pinky Roshan, has purchased two luxury apartments in the Versova area of Mumbai for a combined total of Rs 67.30 crore. The properties are located on the 24th floor of Lotus Celestia, a residential development in Seven Bungalows.

The two apartments comprise approximately 12,860 square feet of usable area. According to data from Brickbharat, the transaction reflects an average price of approximately Rs 52,330 per square foot and includes eight dedicated car parking spaces.

Pinky Roshan is the wife of filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and the mother of actor Hrithik Roshan. This transaction is part of ongoing high-value activity within Mumbai’s premium residential real estate segment.
