Parallel events included Mendoza Coopera 2026, which gathered over 200 stakeholders to discuss cooperative financing and innovation, and a livestock auction by Rosgan that sold roughly 1 500 heads of cattle. The congress therefore combined scientific, technological and commercial dimensions of the Argentine and regional agri‑food sector.
