Pipexpert website offers guidance to maximize UK disability benefits

A website operated by Karol Slusarczyk, Pipexpert.co.uk, is offering guidance to disability benefit claimants for a fee of £49.99. The service claims to help individuals secure higher Personal Independence Payment (PIP) payouts by providing step-by-step instructions on how to answer government form questions to emphasize the severity of their conditions.

The service follows reports from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) showing that four million people in England and Wales were claiming PIP in April 2026, a 2 per cent increase over three months. Of these recipients, 3.3 million are of working age. The website suggests that the cost of the guide is minimal compared to the potential increase in benefits, stating, “A single Pip award is worth hundreds of times the cost.”

PIP amounts are determined by a points system based on how a claimant's condition affects daily activities such as eating, sleeping, and self-care. The website provides personalized instructions for 131 different medical conditions to help users maximize their scores.
