Piraeus Bank receives Top Employer Greece 2026 certification

Piraeus Bank has been certified as a Top Employer Greece 2026 by the Top Employers Institute. In its first participation, the bank achieved an overall score of 93.74%, significantly exceeding the international benchmark of 85.71% established among 2,500 certified organizations globally.

The certification followed an independent assessment of the bank’s human resources practices across 184 questions covering the entire employee lifecycle. The evaluation focused on six key areas: HR strategy, work environment, talent attraction, education and development, diversity, equality and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.

Piraeus Bank is the only Greek bank included in the Top Employers Greece 2026 list. CEO Christos Megalos stated that the certification recognizes the bank's progress and its commitment to making the organization an employer of choice for top market talent.
