Piraeus Documents II festival returns to Greece

The Piraeus Documents II festival, titled ‘Uncover’, is scheduled to take place from October 16 to November 1, 2026. This second edition of the urban intervention aims to transform the city's neighborhoods into a living stage, moving beyond traditional theatrical norms.

The festival features six participatory actions by new artists designed to highlight untold stories, collective memory, and the city's multiple identities. Planned activities include experiential tours of Piraeus poets, night walks through Lamarinadika, and explorations of the Tinian Garden, the coastal zone, and local shelters.

Organized with support from local municipal authorities, the event seeks to make culture accessible to all citizens while showcasing the historical significance and cultural identity of Piraeus's public spaces. Admission to all events is free.
