Pirate Party candidate Tereza Nislerová launches live‑music street tour ahead of Prague municipal elections

The Czech Pirate Party is campaigning in Prague by bringing a travelling live‑music ensemble to neighbourhoods such as Anděl, Riegrovy sady, Kampa and Stromovka. Candidate for mayor, economist Tereza Nislerová meets voters alongside MP Ivan Bartoš, who plays accordion, and transport deputy Jaromír Beránek, who joins on clarinet and saxophone. The tour, dubbed “Ať to tu žije”, aims to create informal dialogue about everyday city issues.

Nislerová, also a councilor for Prague 4 and manager at Orlen Unipetrol, stresses her lack of entrenched political baggage as an advantage. She pledges to focus on housing, regulate Airbnb, and draw inspiration from Paris by converting a roundabout into a forest‑like public space. The campaign seeks to present the Pirates as a fresh, community‑oriented alternative in the upcoming municipal elections.
