Piriápolis hosts sixth edition of Entre Fuegos gastronomic festival

The sixth edition of the Entre Fuegos gastronomic event will take place on Saturday, October 10, at Playa La Rinconada in Piriápolis. Organized by the Piriápolis Gastronomic Chamber, the event aims to integrate local flavors, fire-based cooking, and the coastal landscape to strengthen the region's culinary identity and tourism.

Attendees can choose from three specially developed menus: a local fish txistorra served in Vienna bread with pickled onions and creamy cheese; braised lamb in red wine with rustic mashed potatoes and focaccia; or a vegetable fideuá.

While entry to the event is free, a gastronomic ticket priced at 790 pesos is available via RedTickets and includes the meal, a glass cup, and a drink. The event will also feature live music and DJ sets.
