Pisa City Council visits Fortilizio della Cittadella

The third permanent council commission of the Municipality of Pisa visited the Fortilizio della Cittadella to view the exhibition ‘Alla Prima. La pittura dell’istante’, curated by Giacomo Roberto. The exhibition, which runs until September 27, features works created by the curator and his students within one to three days.

During the visit, which included a tour of the Torre Guelfa, council members discussed the cultural potential of the Cittadella area. The objective is to integrate the Fortilizio into a broader cultural hub alongside the Arsenali Repubblicani e Medicei, the Museo delle Navi Antiche, and the new park to host future exhibitions, conferences, and events.
