Pisa, Piombino, and Marino host local sports and community festivals

Various Italian municipalities are hosting community sports and festival events. In Pisa, the ‘Notte Bianca dello sport’ featured approximately 100 sports associations and over 100 stands in the historic center. The event included an official parade attended by Mayor Michele Conti and representatives from ACES Italia, supporting Pisa’s candidacy to become a European City of Sport 2028.

Piombino is preparing for ‘Notte Azzurra’ on September 25, where roughly 25 amateur sports associations will host demonstrations and trials in the city center. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony at the Rivellino to honor athletes and clubs for their 2025 achievements.

In Santa Maria delle Mole, a district of Marino, the 14th edition of ‘Notte Bianca in Allegria’ took place on September 19. The celebration included live music, street food, and various family attractions, drawing a large crowd to Piazza Palmiro Togliatti.
