Pisa hosts public meeting on women's rights and violence prevention

The Leopolda Pisa Democratic Party circle, in collaboration with the Democratic Women and Democratic Youth conferences of Pisa, is organizing a public meeting titled ‘Loving without possessing. The right to live without fear’. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, at the Skyline venue in Pisa.

Addressing the rise in cases of violence against women, the initiative aims to promote awareness and reaffirm the fundamental right of women to live without fear. The discussion will feature interventions by author Angela Giacovelli and lawyer Linda Sozzi, a specialist in personal, family, and minor law. The event will be moderated by Ivana Cerato and include introductory remarks by Ilaria Fiori.
