Pitești allocates 38 social housing units

The Pitești City Hall has completed the allocation of 38 social housing units. Following approval by the Pitești Local Council via HCL no. 302 on July 30, 2026, beneficiaries signed five-year rental contracts between August 21 and September 10, 2026.

The allocation process was conducted according to legal criteria and established priority orders within the available housing fund. Beneficiaries are required to adhere to contractual clauses, including timely payment of obligations, maintaining the property in good condition, and vacating the premises upon the expiration of the contract.
