In Romania, several hospitals have announced recruitment drives to fill various vacancies. The Pitești County Emergency Hospital is seeking to fill 40 positions, primarily for nurses and medical assistants. Other institutions, including the Municipal Hospital in Dorohoi, Huși Hospital, and the „Dr. Nicolae Rușdea” Pneumophthisiology Hospital in Baia Mare, are also conducting competitions for roles ranging from medical registrars to specialist physicians.

Additionally, the Oțelu Roșu hospital is undergoing an evaluation by a new interim manager following the discovery of critical operational issues.
