Pitești Mayor honors Romanian Army history

Pitești Mayor Cristian Gentea has issued a tribute to the Romanian Army, highlighting the city's historical role in military education. He noted that the local military school has spent nearly seven decades training non-commissioned officers and military specialists for the Land Forces.

Gentea emphasized the importance of the institution in preparing personnel for national defense and strategic partnerships, particularly during a period of global economic and political conflict. The tribute also extended recognition to veterans, reservists, and retired personnel.
