Pitești opens subscriptions for Trivale multi-story parking

Residents of the Trivale area in Pitești can now apply for subscriptions to the Trivale multi-story parking facility located on Frasinului Street. Announced by Mayor Cristian Gentea, applications are being accepted by the Public Service for the Exploitation of the Patrimony of Pitești Municipality (SPEP).

Subscription rates vary by user category: residents can subscribe for 1,200 lei per year, while non-resident spots are priced at 1,400 lei per year. A special rate of 1,000 lei is available for former garage holders. Additionally, bicycle parking is offered for 120 lei per year.

Regarding local regulations, authorities remind citizens that sidewalks and parking spaces in front of properties belong to the public domain. While local administrations may transfer maintenance and cleaning obligations to residents, property owners do not hold exclusive cadastral rights to these areas. Failure to maintain sidewalks can result in fines ranging from 200 to 1,000 lei. Furthermore, installing illegal parking barriers is prohibited and subject to sanctions.
