Pitești tax deadline: September 30 is the final day to pay without penalties

The Local Taxes and Fees Directorate of the Pitești City Hall has announced that September 30, 2026, is the final deadline for residents to pay the second installment of local taxes for the year without incurring penalties.

The deadline applies to taxes on buildings, land, and means of transport. Taxpayers who fail to meet this deadline will be subject to late fees of 1% per month, or any fraction of a month, calculated from the day following the deadline until the debt is fully settled.

Authorities recommend using online payment methods to avoid visiting service counters. Payments can be made via bank card through the Pitești City Hall platform or via Ghișeul.ro. Both systems are available 24/7 and do not charge commissions for these transactions.
