PixVerse raises $439 million in Series C extension, valuation tops $2 billion

Singapore‑based AI video‑generation startup PixVerse announced the closing of a Series C extension that brought in $439 million of new capital, pushing its post‑money valuation above $2 billion. The financing round included existing backers such as Alibaba, CDH Investments, 3W Partners, EnvisionX Capital and iGlobe Partners.

PixVerse reported that monthly active users have reached 15 million, with a total user base of more than 100 million across 175 countries and over 2.1 billion videos generated to date. The company plans to use the funding to expand globally from its Singapore headquarters and to grow its enterprise business in North America and Asia. A recent product launch, model V6, adds precision camera control, expressive character performance, multi‑shot video generation and native audio, positioning PixVerse against larger rivals in the AI video market.
