Pizza Fest returns to Belluno featuring Gabriele Bonci

The Pizzeria La Fenice in Belluno is hosting the Pizza Fest, an event dedicated to celebrating gourmet pizza, artisanal doughs, and community conviviality.

For the upcoming edition, renowned Roman baker and pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci will be a featured guest. He is recognized for his innovative techniques using high-hydration doughs and ancient grains. Other participating professionals include Mattia Cicerone of Roco’s Lab and Livio Mancini of El Gringo.

The festival aims to showcase the diversity of Italian pizza through various styles and interpretations. The event features live music and pairings with local products, such as Prosecco DOCG from the Progetti Divini winery, creating an informal atmosphere for enthusiasts and professionals to gather.
