PJ's Pancake House opens fourth location in Skillman, New Jersey

PJ's Pancake House, a New Jersey breakfast establishment founded in 1962, has opened its fourth location in Skillman. Situated at the Village Walk at Montgomery on Route 206, the new site expands the brand's presence beyond its existing locations in Princeton, West Windsor, and Lawrenceville.

The Skillman location features an expanded menu that includes not only breakfast staples but also burgers, sandwiches, salads, and pizza. The restaurant aims to foster a community atmosphere with local touches, such as the Montgomery Cougar Breakfast Challenge and wooden tables where customers are permitted to carve their names.
