Reality‑TV businessman PK Kemsley filed court documents accusing his estranged wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, of prioritising a three‑week European vacation and luxury spending while their Los Angeles, California home faces foreclosure. He alleges Dorit spent over $1 million on travel and designer clothing, failed to make mortgage payments, and has not communicated a return date.

Kemsley seeks sole authority to sell the approximately $8 million, 6‑bedroom estate, arguing Dorit’s non‑cooperation, broken promises and the expiration of their children’s passports have worsened the financial crisis. The children are currently staying in Florida with Dorit’s parents and a nanny, and Kemsley claims the property could be auctioned within weeks unless a sale is arranged.
