PKS holds mini soccer tournament to strengthen cadre solidarity

The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) held the second annual Yanuar Mini Soccer Fun Cup 2026 at the Purwokerto Sport Center to strengthen solidarity among its members in the Banyumas and Cilacap regencies of Central Java.

Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) Yanuar Arif Wibowo opened the tournament, which included participants from 51 sub-districts, two regional leadership councils (DPD), and two volunteer groups. Wibowo stated that the sporting event aims to build a public perception that politics can be “fun” and approachable rather than solely defined by intense competition.

Wibowo emphasized that cadre development should include physical fitness alongside religious and social training to build strong individuals. He noted that strengthening organizational structure and member solidarity is a vital component for the party to reach its targets in the 2029 elections.
