Separately, Wisconsin-based Nicolet Plastics LLC has released detailed information regarding its custom plastic injection molding process. The company outlined its approach to moving complex parts from concept to full production, highlighting its ability to work with various materials including bioplastics, polycarbonate, and nylon. Nicolet Plastics reported capabilities for various mold types and part sizes up to 24 by 24 by 6 inches, with tolerances of plus or minus 0.001 inches.
