PLAION and Thrustmaster announce European distribution partnership

PLAION and Thrustmaster have announced a strategic pan-European distribution partnership. Under the agreement, PLAION will utilize its distribution infrastructure and retail relationships to support the growth of Thrustmaster’s gaming hardware and accessories across various European markets.

Thrustmaster, which is part of the Guillemot Corporation, will supply products including steering wheels, controllers, flightsticks, and pedal systems to retailers. This move allows PLAION, an Embracer Group division, to expand its gaming ecosystem beyond software into a broader portfolio of hardware and accessories.

Craig McNicol, CEO of PLAION Partners, stated that the agreement strengthens their position as a leading distributor by combining software, hardware, and accessories to provide more value to retailers and consumers. Christian Maby, VP of Worldwide Sales at Thrustmaster/Hercules, noted that the partnership leverages PLAION’s retail reach to bring Thrustmaster’s products to more players throughout Europe.
