Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf launches on Android

The indie sequel Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf has released in Early Access on the Google Play Store for Android devices. Published by Snapbreak Games and developed by Wishfully Studios, the game is also set to be available for pre-order on iOS in the near future.

Set two years after the original story on the planet Novo, the sequel follows an older, more agile Lana and her companion Mui. The narrative involves a quest to find three ingredients to save a sick child while resisting a faction exploiting the land for resources. The gameplay introduces new mechanics, including wall-jumping, dashing, sliding, and swimming for Lana, while Mui can now control creatures remotely and hack machines.

The mobile version features optimized graphics for various screen sizes and intuitive touch controls, though it also supports compatible gamepads for a console-like experience. Cloud saving is also available to allow players to maintain progress across devices.
