The Romanian electricity distributor Delgaz Grid SA announced scheduled power interruptions across Botoșani County for the week of 15 June 2026, affecting municipalities such as Botoșani, Dorohoi and numerous villages with specific time slots for each locality.

In neighbouring Moldova, local authorities in Ungheni posted a list of addresses where electricity will be disconnected from 15 to 19 June 2026, indicating a coordinated temporary supply cut for the town and surrounding areas.

Both regions issued advance notices to residents to prepare for the outages during the same mid‑June period.
