Platoon Aviation leads 52 Super Series season finale in Valencia

Harm Müller-Spreer and his German-flagged crew on Platoon Aviation have taken a commanding lead in the 52 Super Series season finale in Valencia. Following a day of competitive match racing, Platoon Aviation holds a 20-point lead in the overall standings.

The competition remains intense as the team works toward their second season title. Despite a challenging 13th-place finish in the first race of the day, the crew recovered with a fifth and a fourth place in subsequent races. Tactician Vasco Vascotto noted that while challengers like Sled provided significant pressure, the team managed to maintain composure.

In the regatta standings, the battle remains tight. Alkedo Cetilar holds a slim one-point lead over No Way Back. The season finale continues with final races scheduled to determine the championship winner.
