PlayGroundSquad wins three awards at Swedish Game Awards

The PlayGroundSquad vocational school from Falun has won three awards at the Swedish Game Awards: New Talent. The school received honors for ‘Best technology’, ‘Best visuals’, and ‘Best audio’.

The game ‘Crimson’, an action-fighting platformer developed by Tomas Wallin, Linnea Wikberg, Arya Keane, and nine others, won the award for ‘Best visuals’. The school also received nominations for ‘Best design’ and ‘Game of the year’.

This year’s competition featured over 80 game submissions from various educational institutions across Sweden, with a jury selecting 19 nominees from seven different schools.
