Playmobil launches collectible Bundesliga player figures

Playmobil has launched a new collectible series featuring 198 players from all 18 clubs of the German 1. Bundesliga. The 7.5-centimeter figures include detailed jerseys and individual characteristics such as specific hairstyles and facial hair.

The collection is sold via a blind pack system, meaning the specific player inside remains unknown until the package is opened. Packs are organized into three different bundles, each containing six specific clubs. Individual packs are priced at 2.99 euros, while a bundle of six costs 16.99 euros.

For clubs like FC Augsburg, the selection of the eleven featured players was based on factors including contract validity, popularity, and sporting performance from the previous season. However, some players included in the selection, such as Keven Schlotterbeck and Kristijan Jakić, have since transferred to other clubs.
