PlayStation 5 offers new free demos and monthly rewards

PlayStation 5 users have several new digital offerings available on the PlayStation Store for September. New free demos have been released that do not require a PlayStation Plus subscription. Notable among these is Final Fantasy Resonance from Square Enix, which allows players to experience the entire first chapter. Progress made within this demo can be transferred to the full game upon its release on October 22, 2026. Other available free demos include Stupid Never Dies: First Bite and an updated version of Ember and Blade.

Additionally, PlayStation Plus subscribers (Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers) can redeem various monthly rewards and bundles. Available items include a special package for Arknights: Endfield containing in-game currency and upgrades, as well as Package 24 for Path of Exile 2. Other rewards include cosmetic and consumable bundles for Rainbow Six Siege and a quarterly bonus for eFootball players, which includes coins and experience tokens.
