PlayStation Plus adds Final Fantasy XVI and other titles to June 2026 lineup

Sony announced that the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscription tiers will receive a new batch of games on 16 June 2026. The headline addition is the RPG Final Fantasy XVI, joined by Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Sonic X Shadow Generations, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Black Desert, Farming Simulator 25, Blades of Fire and others. Extra‑tier subscribers gain seven new titles, while Premium subscribers also receive the classic PlayStation 2 rhythm game Gitaroo Man via the Classics catalogue.

The rollout is staggered across three major territories—United States, United Kingdom and Japan—with the full European market, including France and Spain, receiving the titles together on 16 June. The announcement signals Sony’s continued effort to bolster its subscription service with high‑profile releases.
