PlayStation Plus announces September 2026 free games

Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially announced the free game lineup for PlayStation Plus subscribers for September 2026. The selection, available to Essential, Extra, and Premium members, includes four titles:

• Sniper Elite: Resistance (PS4, PS5): A tactical third-person shooter set in Nazi-occupied France. • MLB The Show 26 (PS5): A baseball simulation featuring new modes and a Jump Start Bundle. • Wobbly Life (PS4, PS5): An open-world physics-based sandbox adventure. • Chained Echoes (PS4): A critically acclaimed 16-bit inspired JRPG.

Subscribers can claim these games starting September 1, 2026, with availability lasting until October 5, 2026. The announcement follows earlier leaks from industry insiders that accurately predicted most of the roster.
