Plaza Huincul residents receive property deeds and survey certificates

In Plaza Huincul, Neuquén, Governor Rolando Figueroa and Mayor Claudio Larraza led a ceremony to grant property deeds and survey certificates to 68 residents. The initiative aims to expedite documentation processes, allowing families to access non-banking credit lines through ADUS for home construction, expansion, or improvements.

Among the recipients, eight families received official deeds, while 60 others were issued certificates to begin land surveying. Some residents had been waiting over 20 years for this legal regularization. The documentation is a prerequisite for participating in the Neuquén Habita program, which provides financial support for housing needs.
