PLDT High Speed Hitters defeat Farm Fresh to stay in PVL title race

Savi Davison scored 32 points to lead the PLDT High Speed Hitters to a victory over the Farm Fresh Foxies in the 2026 PVL Invitational Conference. The match, held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, ended with a score of 25-16, 25-22, 23-25, and 25-20.

Davison, the reigning Invitational MVP, recorded 28 attacks, four blocks, 14 excellent receptions, and 10 digs. Other key contributors for PLDT included Kim Dy with 15 points, Kath Arado with 24 digs, and Kim Fajardo with 26 excellent sets. For Farm Fresh, Ces Molina and Trisha Tubu led with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

The win breaks a two-game losing streak for PLDT following previous losses to Nxled and Ho Chi Minh City. The victory improves PLDT’s record to 2-2, keeping their championship defense hopes alive. They are scheduled to face Creamline in a critical elimination-round match this Sunday.
