PLN and East Kalimantan Government coordinate electricity system recovery

PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Utara (UID Kaltimra) is coordinating with the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to accelerate the recovery and strengthening of the electricity system in Kalimantan.

During a regional leadership coordination meeting in Balikpapan, PLN General Manager Muchamad Chaliq Fadli reported on efforts to repair malfunctioning power plants and optimize available capacity. The recovery process is being conducted in stages to ensure technical standards and safety are maintained while addressing public concerns regarding the electrical system.
