PT PLN offers 50 percent electricity power upgrade discount

To commemorate the 81st National Electricity Day, PT PLN (Persero) has launched the ‘Energi Berdikari’ program, offering a 50 percent discount on electricity power upgrade connection fees. The promotion runs from October 22 to November 4, 2026.

The discount is available to single-phase low-voltage customers with initial capacities ranging from 450 VA to 5,500 VA, allowing them to increase their power up to a maximum of 7,700 VA. To participate, customers must use the PLN Mobile application and meet specific eligibility criteria, including being registered before October 1, 2026, and having no outstanding electricity bills.

PLN Retail and Commercial Director M. Fahrur Rozy stated that the initiative aims to provide affordable options for households and businesses to adjust their electricity capacity to meet increasing productivity and comfort needs.
