PLN promotes AntreEV digital queuing for electric vehicle charging

PT PLN (Persero) is promoting its AntreEV feature within the PLN Mobile application to manage queues at Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU). The digital system is designed to provide certainty and order for electric vehicle users as the number of drivers increases.

Through the AntreEV feature, users can check the current queue status and estimated waiting times at specific SPKLU locations before arriving. Once at a station, users scan a QR code to enter the digital queue. The system operates on a first-come, first-served basis according to the scan time. If a user does not confirm their turn within a two-minute window, the system automatically proceeds to the next person in line.

PLN officials have urged users to follow the digital queue system to prevent physical altercations and maintain order at charging sites. Users are also encouraged to park neatly and move their vehicles promptly once charging is complete to ensure optimal facility use.
