Ploiești Mayor admits illegal barrier on public land

The Mayor of Ploiești has officially acknowledged in writing that a barrier installed near the A1 block on Republicii Boulevard No. 17B is illegal. Official documents confirm that the structure lacks a construction permit and is situated on public property, violating current legislation.

Following local council decision HCL 340/2019, the City Hall has prepared a demolition order for signature. Despite this administrative admission of illegality, the barrier remains in place, obstructing public access and traffic flow.
