Plott Inc., a creative company specializing in short animation IP with over 15 billion cumulative views on YouTube, has announced its first major new graduate recruitment program. Targeting students graduating in 2028, the company is introducing a ‘generalist’ role designed to train talent capable of handling both IP creation and multi-faceted business development, including games, merchandise, and global expansion.

The recruitment process includes open company information sessions and two-day internships. Students who excel in the internship presentations may qualify for a special selection route, which includes a streamlined process involving a lunch with directors and a final interview with the representative.
