Plovdiv hosts “Cinema for Travelers” film festival

The “Cinema for Travelers” film festival is being held at the Lucky Cinema House in Plovdiv from September 25 to October 4. The program features a variety of documentaries focused on global exploration and adventure.

Featured films include “The Path to Me,” which follows a digital nomad traveling through Japan in a camper, and “On the Path of Revolution,” documenting a journey through South America following the route of Che Guevara. Other scheduled screenings include “The Last Tourist,” a Canadian production examining modern travel culture, and “Show Me Lisbon” and “Show Me Rio,” which offer perspectives on Portuguese and Brazilian life.

Tickets are priced at 6 euros, with discounted rates of 5.5 euros available for students and retirees. The festival aims to transport viewers to diverse locations such as North Africa, Italy, Portugal, and the Amalfi Coast.
