Plovdiv resident Vasilka Kalajdieva celebrates 100th birthday

Vasilka Kalajdieva, a resident of the Severen district in Plovdiv, celebrated her 100th birthday. To mark the milestone, Ventsislava Lyubenova, the mayor of the district, visited her to present flowers and a congratulatory address.

Kalajdieva, a former accountant at SMK, is described by her family as a hardworking, disciplined, and honorable person who prioritized her family, including her two children and two granddaughters. Her longevity is attributed to a strict daily routine involving early rising, early dinners, and frequent physical activity, though she still enjoys treats like ice cream, grapes, and watermelon.
