Plume Design launches AI-powered Plume Console for ISPs
Plume Design has introduced Plume Console, an AI-powered platform designed to provide Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with a unified view of Wi-Fi performance, security, and digital care. Unveiled at the Network X event in Vienna, the tool integrates Plume WiFi, Plume Security, and Plume Care into a single workspace.
The platform utilizes data from over 50 million homes and 600 million connected devices to help ISP teams identify and resolve complex subscriber issues autonomously. By using AI agents, the console aims to reduce subscriber churn, lower the cost to serve, and uncover new revenue opportunities. According to the company, the technology helps address connectivity issues that traditional gateway speed tests might miss, such as buffering or dropped video calls.
Plume CEO Dan Herscovici stated that the console allows partners to build and direct agents that uncover problems and identify growth opportunities. The platform is designed to be compatible with the hardware and models currently used by ISPs.
