Castilla-La Mancha leaders advance investment and housing policies

Regional leaders in Castilla-La Mancha are advancing several legislative and social initiatives. President Emiliano García-Page announced a draft Strategic Business Investment Law designed to attract significant capital to the region. Simultaneously, the government is addressing housing shortages through dialogue and increased construction, including the conversion of administrative buildings into residential units and modifications to land and housing laws.

In the political sphere, several PSOE leaders from Castilla-La Mancha and other regions are publicly calling for the convening of general elections, citing a need to address social protests regarding housing. Additionally, Pablo Bellido defended the region's depopulation policies, noting that recent legislation has helped stabilize rural populations. The regional government also continues to collaborate with the Official College of Architects of Castilla-La Mancha (COACM) to tackle housing access and urban development.
