Plymouth Argyle's Michael Baidoo injury fuels transfer urgency

Michael Baidoo, the Ghanaian forward for Plymouth Argyle, suffered a hamstring injury after limping out of a 0‑0 pre‑season draw with Bristol City. He returned to the bench but moved gingerly, and the club is awaiting scan results.

Coach Tom Cleverley said the setback is unfortunate and could leave the Pilgrims short of attacking options, especially after the £4 million departure of top scorer Lorent Tolaj to Bristol City.
