PMET Resources signs logistics agreement with Matagami

PMET Resources Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the City of Matagami to establish transshipment services for its Shaakichiuwaanaan Project in Quebec. The agreement aims to facilitate the transportation of spodumene concentrate by creating a logistics link where concentrate is trucked from the mining site to Matagami’s transshipment yard and then transferred to rail cars for transport to a port.

The LOI provides a framework for necessary infrastructure upgrades and long-term services required to support the project’s route to market. PMET Resources intends to reach a definitive commercial agreement with the City of Matagami before making a Final Investment Decision for the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project.
