PMGC Holdings reports 92% Q2 revenue jump following aerospace acquisition

PMGC Holdings (Nasdaq: ELAB) reported a significant increase in its second-quarter 2026 financial results, with revenue rising 92% sequentially to approximately $1.31 million. This growth follows a first-quarter revenue of roughly $682,000. The company’s six-month revenue reached approximately $1.99 million, which is more than triple its total fiscal 2025 revenue of $590,000.

The company’s balance sheet saw substantial expansion, with total assets climbing 40% from the previous quarter to reach approximately $36.6 million. Cash and equivalents reached a record high of $18.1 million. Shareholders’ equity also rose to roughly $17.4 million, a 38% increase from the end of March 2026.

Much of this growth is attributed to the May 11, 2026, acquisition of A&B Aerospace, a Southern California-based precision machining and aerospace manufacturer. A&B Aerospace, which holds AS9100D certification, serves major clients including Boeing, Honeywell, and Moog. PMGC now operates five businesses across the aerospace manufacturing, specialty IT packaging, biosciences, and defense technology sectors.
