PMI events held in Catamarca and Asunción focus on innovation and project management

The Municipal Government of the Capital in Catamarca, Argentina, hosted PMI Day 2026 under the theme ‘Inspiring Teachers, Transforming Classrooms’. The event brought together over 300 English teachers and advanced students from across the province and neighboring jurisdictions. The program included keynote lectures and interactive workshops led by specialists such as Eugenia Obrist, Eugenia Dell’Osa, and Luciana Fernández, alongside researchers from the National University of Catamarca. The gathering featured various institutional stands providing pedagogical materials and bibliographic resources.

In Paraguay, the Project Management Institute (PMI) Asunción Chapter announced the International Project Management Congress 2026. The congress will feature international speakers addressing strategic themes including artificial intelligence integration, P5 Impact Analysis in PMO governance, and human leadership in the age of AI. Featured experts include Aurio de la Cruz from Peru, Ivan Lourenço from Brazil, Boris Vladimir Gómez Polanco from El Salvador, Verónica Dobronich from Argentina, and Citlali Carrillo from Mexico.
