PNE Group Secures 22 MW Wind Farm Tender in France

German renewable‑energy developer PNE Group announced that it won the latest French tender for the Oinville‑Saint‑Liphard wind farm in the Centre‑Val de Loire region. The project will comprise four on‑shore turbines with a combined capacity of 22 MW.

The award was made in the eleventh round of the PPE2 programme, where 144 bids totalling 2.38 GW competed for 39 projects covering 808 MW. PNE was one of eleven developers selected among 39 awarded projects. Chief Operating Officer Roland Stanze said, “We are very pleased that we were able to prevail in a highly competitive tender,” highlighting the importance of France as a core market for the company after recent wins with the Chéry and Romescamps projects.
