PNE Prize Home lottery draw scheduled for Monday in Surrey

The annual PNE Prize Home lottery draw is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026. The winner will be announced at 6:30 p.m. at the Freedom Mobile Arch in Vancouver.

This year’s prize is a $2.3-million residence located in the Abbey Heights development in North Surrey. Built by Foxridge Homes, a Qualico Company, the 4,117-square-foot house features seven bedrooms and a two-bedroom legal basement suite. The location in Surrey was selected following a poll of lottery ticket buyers.

As a non-profit organization, the PNE utilizes revenue from its lotteries to fund programs in agriculture, arts, sports, and community-building. Additionally, the 2026 PNE Fair saw an increase in attendance, welcoming 642,149 guests to Hastings Park, surpassing the previous year’s figures.
