Pobjeda-Rudet to build new detonator component plant in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Pobjeda-Rudet, a key player in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s defense industry, is preparing to build a new production facility for initial mixtures in the Pobjeda industrial zone in Goražde. The Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning has issued a public call for review of the conceptual project for the facility, which is intended for the production of components used primarily in detonator manufacturing.

This investment is part of a larger cycle aimed at establishing domestic production of strategic raw materials that were previously entirely imported. According to company director Muhamed Hubanić, this development is intended to reduce the dependence of the domestic military industry on imports and will benefit other local companies such as Binasa, Pretisa, and Ginex.
