Poblet Organ Festival announces autumn lineup and schedule changes

The Poblet International Organ Festival is returning to the Conca de Barberà region this autumn, featuring three internationally renowned performers. The festival is scheduled to take place over three consecutive Saturdays starting October 31.

To better accommodate visitors, the festival has implemented a schedule change, moving concert start times to 5:00 PM. This adjustment is intended to allow guests to visit the monastery in the morning, dine locally, and attend the Vespers service following the concert.

The lineup includes British organist Jonathan Scott on October 31, performing works by Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Handel, and Vivaldi. On November 7, Thomas Ospital, the titular organist of Saint-Eustache in Paris, will perform works by Bach and Mozart. The festival will conclude on November 14 with a performance by Shin-Young Lee.
